Central London has many UK's tourist sights providing ample photographic opportunities. Unknown to the masses what lies there is also an untold history, a Muslim presence.

Arabic being taught somewhere around Parliament in the 1600's, we take you to the location and show you the works! A Muslim community was discovered in 1600's too! A 1700 English convert is told "You must be mad!". A Muslim medical practice introduced in UK in the 1700's was seen as being "a practice of the Infidel!" We will show you how science continued after the loss of Muslim Spain. Unrecognised pioneers stolen. Which English note has a Muslim connection? The Moroccan Ambassador of the 1600's watching the horse-guards parade.

Want to discover the secrets of numerous connections? Join us on this thrilling walking tour, from Parliament Square leading to Whitehall to the hustle and bustle of Trafalgar Square into National Portrait Gallery and finishing off at Trafalgar Square.

Was extremely delighted to join my good friend, Abdul Malik, on this Muslim History Tour last Sunday. My family of five, together with a pleasant little group met up with Abdul Malik at the corner of 30 Euston Sq where the present Royal College of GPs stands, were impressed to learn that this very corner was of great significance to Muslims back in the late 19th Century. And this was just the beginning of further revelations about a very rich and important history of Muslims throughout the tour ending with an item with the 'Shahada' on it at the British Museum making its way into Royal Family of Great Britain in the 8th Century. Very informative and excellent company, al-Hamdu Lillah. Eagerly awaiting the next Tour, Insha Allah.

Such an insightful tour of the city of London. You know your stuff! History is one of the things that excites me but Muslim History excites me more, especially knowing their accomplishments! I recommend others to go and benefit immensely.

Had a great day today with AbdulMaalik. Excellent knowledge, great company and most of all was surprised about how little I knew about my own city and how Muslims and Islam had helped shape it. Highly recommended. Jzk.

I joined the central London tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a three-hour walk with many many stops and nuggets of information along the way. I will definitely be joining some of the other tours on offer following this one.

Brilliant, nothing like, if you're interested in local history with a Muslim flavour then I highly recommend a tour with Mr Taylor.
